Started Grand Business Media in Gurgaon as a performance marketing agency. Worked across industries — e-commerce, local businesses, D2C brands. Spent years building the fundamentals: paid ads, conversion funnels, lead systems. Learned what works. Learned what doesn't.

Why I Built GBM

Every broker I met was doing the same thing — chasing clients like a zombie.

Cold calling 100 leads a day. Hiring 10, sometimes 20 telecallers. Blasting the same message to everyone. No relationship. No trust. No system. Just volume and hope.

And behind them were agencies — collecting ₹1–2 lakh upfront, promising 100–200 leads, delivering a spreadsheet, and calling it done. No nurture infrastructure. No understanding of buyer psychology. No accountability once the money hit their account.

It bothered me. Because in every one of those situations, the broker was the one losing. The agency had already been paid.
