Privacy Policy
What we collect, why we collect it, who sees it and how you can control it.
In short: we collect only what we need to reply to you and to run our business. We do not sell your personal data. We do not store IP addresses in our website analytics. You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data at any time.
1. Who we are
This website is run by Grand Business Media ("GBM", "we", "us"), a real estate marketing agency based at ILD Trade Centre, Gurgaon, Haryana, India. We work with realtors and developers in India, the UAE (Dubai) and Canada. Payments for our services are received by Technopara, a subsidiary of Grand Business Media. 2. What we collect

We do not ask for sensitive data such as health, religion, government ID numbers or card details through this website. Please do not send them to us.
3. How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and to book and run your strategy call.
- To send you information you asked for, and to follow up by call, WhatsApp, SMS or email about our services. You can say "stop" at any time.
- To provide our services, invoice you and keep legal and tax records.
- To understand how the website is used, find broken pages and improve our marketing.
- To keep the website secure and to detect spam and abuse.
- To meet legal duties and to protect our rights.
Our legal bases, where the law asks for one, are your consent (for example when you submit a form or ask us to contact you), the contract with you, our legitimate business interests, and legal obligations.
4. Cookies and analytics
We use a small first-party analytics tool that runs on our own server. It sets a random visitor ID (the name is gbm_vid, kept for up to about 13 months) in a cookie and in your browser's local storage, and a session ID that lasts until you close the tab. It does not follow you across other websites. It also respects the "Do Not Track" setting of your browser. If you are an admin or team member, you can switch tracking off for your browser from our admin settings.
Our website also loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google's servers. Embedded videos play from our own server and load only when you press play.
You can block or delete cookies and local storage in your browser settings. The website still works, but we may not be able to link your visit to your enquiry.
5. Advertising: Meta and Google
We advertise our services on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google, and our job is to run ads for real estate companies on those platforms. We may place the Meta Pixel and Conversions API, the Google Ads tag, Google Analytics or similar tools on this website. These tools help us measure results and show our ads to people who visited our site (remarketing). If we use them, they set their own cookies and send technical data (such as pages viewed and button taps) to Meta or Google, which use that data under their own privacy policies.
You can control this:
- Meta: Ad preferences and Meta Privacy Policy.
- Google: Ads Settings, Google Privacy Policy, and the Google Analytics opt-out.
- Your browser's cookie settings, or "Limit Ad Tracking" and similar settings on your phone.
If you arrive from one of our ads, we may save the campaign tags in the link (such as the source and campaign name) with your enquiry. We do not give Meta or Google your name, phone number or email unless you separately submit it on one of their own forms.
6. Data from our clients' campaigns
When we run ads and landing pages for a realtor or developer, the people who respond are that client's leads. In this work we handle that data on the client's behalf and only for the client's campaign. The client's own privacy policy governs it, and the client is responsible for how it is used. If you enquired through one of those ads and want your data corrected or deleted, contact the advertiser, or write to us and we will pass your request on.
7. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:
- Service providers who help us run the business: web hosting (Hostinger), email delivery and form backup (FormSubmit), communication tools (WhatsApp and phone providers), our CRM and automation tools, payment and accounting providers, and Google Fonts.
- Advertising platforms (Meta, Google) as described in section 5.
- The client whose project you enquired about, if you responded to that client's campaign.
- Professional advisers, regulators or authorities where the law requires it.
- A buyer of our business, if we ever merge or are acquired, under the same privacy protections.
Some of these providers are outside your country, including in India, the United States and Europe. By using our website you understand that your data may be processed there, and we use providers that offer appropriate safeguards.
8. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for as long as we need it for the purposes above, and then delete or anonymise it. Client and billing records are kept for as long as tax and company law requires. Analytics events are kept in a form that does not identify you personally. You can ask us to delete your data sooner (see section 9).
9. Your rights
You may ask us to: tell you what data we hold about you; correct it; delete it; stop contacting you; stop using it for a purpose you did not agree to; withdraw your consent at any time; or send you a copy. Email us from the address or phone number you used, and we will reply within 30 days. To stop calls, WhatsApp or SMS messages, just reply "STOP". You also have the right to complain to your data protection regulator.
10. India, the UAE and Canada
- India: we handle personal data in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000. Our grievance contact is in section 14.
- UAE: where it applies, we follow the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data. Dubai-based residents may use the rights in section 9.
- Canada: where it applies, we follow the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial laws. We seek your consent before sending commercial electronic messages, and every message includes a way to unsubscribe, as Canada's anti-spam law (CASL) requires.
11. Security
We protect your data with access controls, hashed admin passwords, encrypted connections (HTTPS), spam protection and limits on who can see it. No system is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive information. If we find a data breach that affects you, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.
12. Children
This website is for business and property buyers aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
13. Changes
We may update this policy as our website, tools or the law change. The date at the top shows when it last changed. If a change is significant, we will say so on this page.
